Terms of Service

Effective Date: Fall 2026

Welcome to PumpkinPatchesNearMe.com (“the Site”). By accessing or using our directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Directory Services & Accuracy

PumpkinPatchesNearMe.com provides informational listings, schedules, activity guides, and visitor tips for seasonal farms, pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and harvest festivals across the United States. While we make reasonable efforts to verify hours of operation, admission pricing, and seasonal dates, agritourism operations may alter schedules without notice due to weather, crop yields, or private events. Always confirm details directly with the individual farm before visiting.

2. Community Voting & Awards

The Site hosts annual community voting for top pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and harvest festivals. Votes are recorded anonymously and limited to fair community participation. Automated script submissions, vote tampering, or fraudulent spamming are strictly prohibited and subject to vote disqualification.

3. Intellectual Property

All original directory content, editorial guides, rankings, and graphic materials published on PumpkinPatchesNearMe.com are the property of Pumpkin Patches Near Me and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Trademarks, trade names, and logos of third-party farms belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational reference.

4. Limitation of Liability

PumpkinPatchesNearMe.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the Site, its operators, or affiliates be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of or reliance on farm listings, travel arrangements, or farm activities.
